POYM: AI & Innovation

On October 14th, we participated in POYM (Pavia Open Your Mind), held at the Musdi Ctrl+Alt Museum in Pavia, an event that brought together startups, professionals, and companies to discuss innovation and digital transformation.

Among the most discussed topics was the increasingly central role of Artificial Intelligence in our daily work. Today, AI is not simply replacing operational tasks: it is changing the way we make decisions, manage information, and build services. For many SMEs, the real challenge is not just “using AI,” but understanding where it can create real value without losing the human factor.

Events like POYM show how important it is to create spaces for dialogue between different realities, where ideas, skills, and experiences can come together to generate new opportunities. In a constantly evolving environment, direct exchange between people remains one of the most valuable ways to truly understand technological change.
